UK Coffee Week is here! Thousands of cafés and coffee business across the UK are joining forces this week to raise funds for Project Waterfall — the charity of choice of the coffee industry, bringing clean water, sanitation and education to coffee growing communities.

We are really happy to be supporting this great cause and to be taking part on UK Coffee Week's nationwide Masterclass. Our coffee expert Cath Seay joined a team of coffee legends to give you the best tips and advices on all things coffee — from preparing the best coffee at home to behind the scenes of a coffee roaster.
