Boki

20 Earlham St, WC2H 9LG

Editor's Review

Boki opened its doors in the autumn of 2017, a vibrant addition to the busy Seven Dials shopping area and a short walk from Covent Garden or Leiecster Square tube stations. The venue is well laid-out, with a circular bar at the back crowned with a round display of plants; the bar, at the front, has plenty of waiting space in front of it for take-away customers and a row of tables and chairs for those sitting in.

Coffee is from Allpress, rather a handsome La Marzocco GB5, and well handled. There is also a range of teas from T2, and cocktails and other alcoholic drinks are served from 5pm. The food menu is strong, with an all-day brunch/lunch range featuring an especially strong salt beef sandwich. There are also cakes and pastries at the counter.

Earlham Street has plenty of interesting shops, including some great vintage clothing stores; Boki is a great spot to rest up after you've hit the retail.
