Coffee & Fandisha

5 Brick St, Liverpool L1 0BL, UK

Editor's Review

Coffee & Fandisha is based in Liverpool's developing creative area, the Baltic Triangle. Its wide selection of coffee, juices, shakes, smoothies, and artisan-crafted food menu has answered the prayers of the local office workers and artists.

They frequently update the guests blends, ranging from dark and rich Kenyan varieties to lighter sweeter Brazilian ones, alongside their house coffee offering of Square Mile.

The cafe serves up breakfast, brunch and lunch menus, a variety and convenience that makes it popular with locals on flexible schedules. They also have a full licence for alcohol, serving wines, spirits, craft beers, and liquor-infused coffees.

For those wanting to conduct meetings, the cafe's seclusion on Brick Street, off the Baltic area's ‘main’ Jamaica Street, make it an ideal location. There's no meeting policy as such, but groups of eight or more are advised to contact the cafe first to reserve their largest table.

A small outside area, situated on a corner, offers a fantastic contrast of views, with one side displaying the dramatic redevelopment of the former industrial area into Liverpool's coolest social scene and the other part offering a glimpse of the city's past, with the stunning backdrop of the Anglican Cathedral.
