Crosstown Doughnuts (Piccadilly)

Coffee and doughnuts, fish and chips, horse and cart…some things just naturally go together. Crosstown have been launched as a market stall in Leather Lane in 2014 and have gone from strength to strength ever since. Since 2016, they have opened coffeeshops too – naturally also featuring their sourdough doughnuts. Caravan coffee is a perfect companion to one of their handmade sweet treats. There’s also Prana Chai and Matcha from Tombo. Even Sandows cold brew on tap.

As specialty coffee continues to take over London, it can be surprising when a central location such as this is short on coffee options. This certainly was the case until Crosstown moved in and indeed, they will be much appreciated I’m sure. This is an attractive, glass-fronted café with a row of seats by the window that will draw in plenty of coffee and doughnut lovers.
