In one of Melbourne’s lanes, littered with some of its renowned street art (a must-see), you’ll find a blue door, behind which a small cafe holds its own. Welcome to Little Rogue. Serving up some fine roasted coffee from ACoffee and rotating filters from local and abroad, every coffee hits the spot.

One is immediately struck by the amount of character this place has. A wall of windows by the door gives way to great views of the laneway and a lot of natural light. The staff have also gone a long way to make their personalities and culture a big part of what they do.

The venue has gone in a different direction to the minimalistic style of late: looking around Little Rogue, you'll notice figurines, signs, bobble heads, a feature wall of staff photos on work trips, some green botany and lastly the back room, which is also worth checking out for the artwork housed there. Every way you look, you'll find something new and quirky, but it never becomes overwhelming.
