Tried and True, as their name suggests, aim to bring consistently satisfying service to its customers. They seek to foster an inviting and welcoming atmosphere catering to both coffee connoisseurs and those less familiar with the culture. Roasting takes place on site with barista and roaster collaborating to contrive the optimal profile for their light roast coffees. 

Drawing from the Oregon woodlands as inspiration, Tried & True’s interior is teeming with greenery. White walls create a canvas upon which verdant plants reside, underpinned by pine shelves; their long tendrils spilling over its edges. A large mural on the north wall of the café depicts a woodsman set against a backdrop of dark green pine trees, further contributing to the natural aura. Drinks are crafted in the center of the café within a U-shaped arrangement of countertops with bar style seating available on the westside. This enables the customer to watch as their beverage is prudently prepared. Patio seating is available during the warmer seasons and roll-up garage doors on the west side of the shop bring in the fresh Oregon air.
