Brew and Brownie café is situated on Museum Street, right in the heart of York's famous city centre, and just a few short steps away from tourist hot spots including the famous Lendal Tower, Museum Gardens and the River Ouse.

They work in an innovative partnership with its sister café, The Brew and Brownie Bake Shop next door, which provides a full coffee and eating experience in eye catching and historic surroundings.

Although it is small in size, Brew and Brownie has a genuine feel of maximising its interior space and creating the vibe of a thriving neighbourhood café, for tourists and local residents.

The café food menu includes most of the usual suspects, but with a few additions of classics with a strong local twist - including Doreen's Black Pudding and Smoked Bacon Stack and a 'Yorkshire Board' of locally sourced Haxby Bakehouse bread, ham, cheese, pork pies and piccalilli.
