Brockwell Blend is a neat little space, completely unpretentious and accessible to all. Owner Gary Chan is originally from Australia and brings a clever design concept but one that encourages a real community feel to the space. Coffee is well made and there is a choice of beans from Nude or Volcano.  Local suppliers are used where possible, including of course Volcano who will be roasting just up the road, but also Birchall Teas, Dulwich Bakery and Cakehole. Otherwise there is hot chocolate from Jaz and Jules and iced teas and smoothies. The interior is well designed to provide plenty of eating, especially around an attractive communal table, and space for takeaway orders. Design incorporates a distinctive and sunny, bright yellow colour theme and shelving with bonsai trees. Don’t miss the outdoor tables in the courtyard garden.
