Gatley, Cheshire. Hardly a village you would associate with outstanding coffee. Well, think again. ‘Coffee Fix’, located on Church Road, is a real gem and, looking at the range of clientele, is clearly very popular within the local community. Set-back off the main road, Coffee Fix sits unassumingly between a small supermarket and a dry cleaner, serving outstanding coffee.

The classic espresso style, using Sumatra Jagong beans from the elegant Conti Monte Carlo and roasted using Manchester’s Heart & Graft, is a real treat. In addition to this classic style they also offer Aeropress & V60 as additional brew methods. Complimenting their fine coffee is delightful breakfast and lunch menu, and a small selection of alcohol.

Sister & brother Claira and Gareth, alongside their team, really make you feel at home. Coffee Fix place is somewhere you could happily while away the day with a good book or, as many people here are, crack on with work.
