For those that don’t know, CRS (Collective Roasting Solutions) is where a lot of Sydney’s micro roasters are able to roast their own coffee from a selection of green beans. It really is an amazing initiative for the specialty scene and a commendable effort from the team there. 

The pop up, set to run through all of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, is where you can find a showcase of all these brilliant micro (some not so micro any more) roasters on offer as both espresso and filter.There’s plenty of merchandise and most of their clients roast on stock. 

It’s a powerful small space and one that should definitely be visited if nearby and want to see what Sydney has to offer. Out of the kitchen you’ll also find Smoking Gun Bagels if all the coffee tasting has made you a hungry. Head in, walk out with some coffee.
