EspressoBar - I Love Coffee

EspressoBar doesn’t fit the mould of most independent specialty coffee shops.  In a prime location just off one of the tourist drags (near one of the squares where the restaurants probably aren’t the best in the city but sometimes you’re just too worn out to bother looking), the fit out and bar is smart and gleaming.

There’s a slight lilt towards blended iced coffees and flavourings - normally indicators to be wary of - but there’s a clear passion for coffee behind EspressoBar.  The coffee is independently sourced and roasted by the owner.  The batch brewed Columbian filter was exceedingly balanced and light - one of those coffees you’d want to share with the uninitiated because it’s impossible not to like.

Whatever you drink, as a visitor to Brugge you’ll appreciate the peaceful shaded terrace at the back and the use of portafilters for every door handle in the café.
