So close that it faces onto the back of Streatham Hill train station sits a gorgeous little building that makes for perfect Instagram fodder, housing what we can imagine will rightfully be an oft-photographed cafe. Inside this beautiful building, which owners Joe and Clark rescued from being wasted as a money transfer agency, sits a small but charming and thoughtfully designed speciality coffee shop.

Beautifully crafted espresso and milk based drinks with coffee from Allpress and their Redchurch blend and milk from the Estate dairy provide an excellent offering of speciality coffee quality to locals in Streatham. Filter options in the form of batch filter are available from a rotating selection of guest roasters. Offering a selection of savoury sandwiches and a fine array cakes and treats, which are impressively cherry picked from no fewer than four different bakeries: Victoria Yum Cake, Elephant Bakehouse, Deelight Bakery and Wren Cakes. 

This is a wonderfully welcoming café, filled with local artwork and friendly chat. The care taken with design and interior décor is typified the worktops which use reclaimed Iroko from school science labs. The menu board is a drawer from a museum display case. Estate Office Coffee’s enthusiasm is contagious and has clearly been a hit with their customers.
