Junior Barista was started, well, by junior baristas. Excellent brewers with bags of enthusiasm, entering the Saigon coffee scene with fearless determination and set to make some serious waves. Visually, this spot is a treat for the eyes. An outdoor space blanketed in bright flowers on the exterior, wooden panelled fencing and green plants interspersed. A favourite spot is being perched right at the bar; perfect for chatting coffee with the friendly staff. 

With just about every brewing method listed on the menu and a choice of coffee beans from Cau Dat in Vietnam, as well as regions in Africa and South America, you can almost certainly find a flavour suitable for your palate. If you’re lucky, you may catch a group training, often organised by Junior Barista who aspire to share their expertise with youngsters set to rocket Vietnam’s specialty coffee scene towards international recognition.
