Marrickville has recently become an up and coming area with amazing restaurants, cafés, and bars continuously popping up. Labld is one that definitely stands out with an innovative menu, the Bird’s Nest being a fine example of this. The best part is, whats on the menu can be de-constructed with the ingredients available to purchase from the shelves inside, almost as a mini grocer.

It’s all about local, sustainable, and ethical here, with transparency of suppliers all listed on their website - incase you had any concerns, but you can be assured it’s all of quality.

Mecca Coffee is the main provider here for all your sweet and tasty coffee needs, with rotating single origins for black coffee, espresso, and filter just to mix it up a bit. Con’s convenience store and takeaway has had a nice revamp.
