Little Zelda
728 Franklin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238
Editor's Review
One of the cutest tiny coffee shops in a city of teeny, tiny coffee shops, Little Zelda is a shabby-chic anchor on the confusingly explosive Franklin Avenue strip. Enjoy a coffee or tea in whatever limited real estate is free on the serpentine bench seat, at the diminutive counter, or, in clement weather, in the streetside seating that looks like a backyard that escaped to the front.
Toby's Estate coffee is met with an selection of teas from In Pursuit of Tea, a handful of pastries, and – perhaps the most awesome of all – a frequent drinkers' program made up of customer punch-cards and a time clock so you may punch in and out as you visit. There are also books around, via sister business Hullaballoo Books, and bagels from other sister business Nagle's Bagels.
