This is most definitely the livelier of the Matamata cafés. It's bustling, though there's a reasonable amount of seating - including some outside.

The coffee is well made by charming baristas and you get to sit in what feels like a jungle theme...surely that's tempting!?

As well as coffee, there's healthy(ish) food on offer and plenty of cakes and bakes. Personally, we'd choose this over the other, more professional business feeling Matamata. Unless we were looking to sit an work that is. This one is too much fun.
