Nomad, one of the more established roasters in Barcelona, have a few venues but this, in the bustling shopping area that surrounds Passatge Sert, is probably the most popular. The space is dominated by a massive bar where customers can sit and enjoy a range of in-house brews on filter or as espresso-based drinks. There's a lot of space to wait for a takeaway – a little less if you're sitting in, with benches around the walls and the aforementioned bar – so this is probably a drop-in rather than a plot-up venue. 

But the coffee is great and Nomad are rightly popular, as evidenced by the steady stream of customers. And the area itself is a draw, with narrowed alleyways full of interesting shops and leading down towards the old city centre with its market and cathedral.
