Nomad are Barcelona coffee scene stalwarts and this is their hub, a roastery set in the more industrial area towards the city's south-west that doubles as a takeaway-only venue. The cafe itself has no seating, indoors or out, a shame for such a beautiful space, but this is a no-frills, get your coffee and go venue.

Nomad pride themselves on roasting upper end speciality coffee and are serious not just about the product, but also their role as a driving force in the expansion of Barcelona's coffee scene. Check out their Passatge Sert venue for a better sense of Nomad's offering and somewhere to sit – but if you are in the area and need coffee, this place is certainly worth a visit.
