Notes played a key role in the development of the London scene with their Trafalgar Square café that was the place to be for the London coffee community on opening in 2010. Now expanded to a small chain of winebar/coffeebars, it is not the destination it once was and coffee served can be variable but Notes roasts and sources a very high quality of coffee.
