Partners Coffee

A rebirth of more than one sort, Partners (formerly known as Toby's Estate) moved into the sunny Bushwick space once occupied by Supercrown Coffee Roasters in 2019. The former auto repair shop has an open, angular feel which the small local chain has updated with chic wallpaper accents and its vivid retail bags. The roasting space in the café's rear is dedicated to the brand's wholesale customers, while the customer experience is elevated by a Saint Anthony Industries pourover bar and espresso drinks drawn on a stylish La Marzocco Strada. An array of pastries, along with small breakfast plates like the requisite avocado toast, round out the offerings at this cozy cafe on a stretch of Wilson Avenue that doesn't quite feel neighborhoody  yet—but is getting there.
