If ever a cafe could be defined by customer service, efficiency and consistently great coffee, Patricia Coffee Brewers would be it.

Patricia are one of select few now roasting their own through Bureaux Collective, while also hosting a fine selection of Melbourne's best roasters including Seven Seeds, Market Ln, Small Batch and Wood and Co., and they’re not shy to let you taste them.

The place is an institution on the Melbourne cafe scene; it’s a beautiful, well-designed space by Foolscap Studio, lined with white tiles along the walls and a mosaic on the entrance floor reading ‘standing room only’, – note too the neon sign on the ceiling above. There are also crates outside to sit on in nice weather. The space is small and there is usually a continuous flow of people queueing throughout the day. It can therefore get a little busy inside, but the staff handle the pressure and rushes so well that it actually adds to the atmosphere.

Patricia is a lovely getaway from the CBD life, and they do an amazing job of making every customer feel like a regular, along with serving up consistently superb coffee.
