The awesome crew over at Proud Mary Coffee deliver a great experience for anyone walking through, looking for great coffee and/or a feed. The service is exceptional – customers are greeted with a warm smile immediately upon entering and shown somewhere to sit. At times, the staff might actually sit and go through the menu with you to get a full understanding of what’s available. The options available for both espresso and filter can be made as either, and always showcase a particular theme. The venue has the standard exposed brick and you'll find various tunes via a vintage record player or any crew member's preferred playlist, which makes for a casual and enjoyable environment.

While sister cafe Aunty Peg’s focuses on black coffees, PMC has all options available. A beast of a machine, two Synessos brought together at the front of an L shaped bar with three group heads, keeps the various roasts separate to ensure no cross-contamination. On the other side, filters are brewed via V60 or batch brews. The food menu and flavours are particularly well executed and go well together.
