A true icon of the Sydney coffee scene, Single O (formerly Single Origin) has been slinging coffees in Reservoir St since 2003. The roasting may have moved out from this small corner café in to a grown up facility in Botany, but the buzz still remains. 

Grab a seat in the original cafeé space for an excellent all day menu or a craft beer. For the time poor, the newer ‘Sideshow’ next door offers a stand up coffee bar experience or take away. Here you have the option of two different batch brews, with a sweet El Sal and a super juicy Kenyan available on a recent visit. The Reservoir Blend is available for milk based drinks as well as an ever changing range of singles, served as espresso, pour over, aeropress or batch. 

Beans are available, both blends and singles, as well as an extensive range of brewing gear.
