When the developers behind Atlanta's Ponce City market opened the gates behind this increasingly tony combination of restaurants and retail in 2015, they knew it would take a particularly great coffee spot to anchor the excitement. Enter Spiller Park, a highbrow coffee kiosk founded by Atlanta coffee veterans and named lovingly after the old baseball grounds on Ponce De Leon where the Atlanta Crackers once played. 

A true coffee fan's café, Spiller Park relies on seasonal selections from Intelligentsia Coffee backed up by a rotation of guest roasters (George Howell, Máquina, and Black and White have all appeared on the shelves) from around the country. 

From standard espresso and filter drinks to signature drinks like the Cola Cocktail (with Mexican coke, vanilla cream, espresso, peanut, and salt) to the housemade oat and nut milks, the little, creative, and often irreverent touches are what elevate Spiller Park from good to great; this shows that the world-class coffee folks behind the company really love what they're doing. A simple toast menu is also available at this location.
