Opened by Ivan and Matej in August 2020 amidst COVID lockdowns proves that with enough passion, you can overcome almost anything. A passion for coffee is at the heart of Split Coffee Roasters. A direct trade partnership with Patricia Guerra in Brazil has already been established, giving SCR an input on processing that is already yielding results. In 2022, they will release a washed, natural and anaerobic process of the same coffee. The café fits perfectly into the narrow streets of Split's old town. Pull up a stool and watch the world go by while enjoying a perfectly made espresso from the same person who sourced and roasted the coffee. Bliss.
