Wide Open Road

Wide Open Road, located in Brunswick, house their own roastery, bar, kitchen and lab. Designed in a repurposed warehouse, it almost has the look and feel of an old mid 50s American airport hangar with its exposed brick, copper piping and matching vintage light shades and wooden conclave over the bar. Some great focal points along the communal tables and old pane glass windows really add to the vibe of the venue. The plants and greenery break up the rustic look to give a bit of a fresh lift.

They've created two blends, one for black, which is sweet and fruity, and another for white, with hints of smooth chocolate and caramel, which is utilised for espresso as well to make sure nothing is lost in either. You can find something different again with single origin espresso and filters; there’s even a coconut oil cold brew. It’s an expansive drinks list including shakes, juices and some Home Made Soda’s. A semi-open kitchen offers up a great seasonal menu and all day breakfast to keep you satisfied.
