The cafe – managed by two brothers, is located within the The Armoury, a gastropub that serves a variety of craft beers and western food in a rustic and industrial setting. With its extensive menu of food and beverages, it would be easy to forget that coffee is one of the highlights. Inexplicably, the La Marzocco espresso machine sits quietly in a corner, seemingly overlooked by most patrons.

Over a mean Long Black, the owners were extremely amicable and candid, sharing their thoughts about the competitive specialty coffee industry, the challenges they face as well as their plans for the future. These thought-provoking conversations made one grateful a good cup of specialty coffee and to never take it for granted, especially in such a rent-high city. The zealous owners were also quick to flag up The Armoury Craft Beer Bar, which serves 15 different specialty Craft Beer on Tap, mainly from America.

Yellow Cup Coffee is a great choice for gatherings, where you have coffee, craft beer and burgers all under a single roof.
