Flying Horse Coffee - Single Origin Filter - Tanzania, Yetu Tamu PB Coffee Beans - 250g

“Yetu Tamu” translates as “our coffee is sweet”. The first coffee grown in this region dates back to the 19th Century planted by catholic missionaries!

Tanzania lies in the east of Africa, home to Africa’s highest mountain “Killimanjaro”. Tanzania has a population of 56 million people and over 100 different spoken languages.

You may notice the small size of the beans in this lot, these are known as “Peaberries”. When coffee is grown, inside the cherry there are usually two seeds (one on either side) but with a Peaberry, only one seed has developed resulting in a small distinctive pea shape.

The Yetu Tamu is a joy to roast! It produces such a beautiful uniformity in the appearance while offering a super juicy and fruity tasting coffee.
