200° Leeds is one of five cafes owned by the Nottingham-based roasters, who take their name from the temperature at which they roast. They serve a variety of their own roasts, including regularly rotated single origins and a very smooth decaf option, and they serve their own Nitro Cold Brew on tap.

The Leeds shop, situated in the heart of the shopping district, is spacious and has an almost art deco feel, with light wood panelling. Sandwiches are prepared on site and there’s a range of pastries and cakes, as well as homemade granola and toast at breakfast time. There’s also a wide variety of beans to buy, and the café also runs a barista school and home-brewing courses, so if you buy something, you can learn how to use it properly.
