Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 Business days, orders are not processed during the weekends or national UK Bank Holidays such as Christmas, New Years, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday and Summer Bank Holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders and processing is delayed we will communicate these delays on the website.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Best Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim within seven days of receiving your item. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

International Refunds

At this time we are unfortunately unable to offer returns and exchanges outside of UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. If your item is damaged or lost in transit please revert back to your shipping email and follow the next steps, please note you have five days after receiving the goods to make a claim.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Returns and Refunds for Clothing Items

Our Clothing products are produced on demand by a third-party supplier, so unfortunately we don’t offer returns and exchanges on those items. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us on with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges on Clothing items. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with your order info.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
