Apart from the regular birds that might fly in, fauna is probably the only thing lacking to make this an actual botanical garden – in addition to the indoor sprawl, water-coloured and stencilled coffee plants are splashed against the white walls of the converted motor garage. It’s a nice touch and certainly aesthetically pleasing. An exorbitant amount of natural light flows through the all-glass frontage, reflecting off all the natural surroundings and colours scheme.

The landscape almost needs it’s own map: once you’ve walked passed the coffee bar, see the roaster in action and wave to the baker and patissier as you pass, and you still haven't seen all of the flourishing space. It opens up into another sizeable seating area complete with full set up of Black Eagle machine, EK and Mythos grinders, making sure there are no excessive wait times and quality is consistent. It’s also impressive how great and hospitable the service is considering the vast wilderness of the area, how busy it gets and the amount of staff. The food menu is of Asian influence but not without all the classic dishes. There is everything on the drinks menu, but of course the focus is coffee, roasting their own with well sourced green. Eat, drink, and be merry.
