Probably, as there's little more affirming than a true escape into the warm, glowing vibes of this music-by-night bistro-by-day hideaway – which opens early six days a week to serve top-class coffee. Whether you were there the night before for jazz, Brazilian music, or anything else your mind can imagine from around Brooklyn and the world, or whether you've just stumbled in for Tuesday brunch, Bar LunÁtico offers a transportive coffee experience that will make you love the neighborhood.

The bar here is open til late each night but Sunday, but breakfast, coffee, and brunch service are a daytime affair. The coffee program's taken seriously, with a backbone of George Howell coffee on espresso and French press for filter coffees, with housemade treats as well as staple pastries from Bien Cuit.
