We don't think this café has any link to Blackburn in the UK. Certainly, no coffee link, anyway, as it's unlikely you'll find coffee as good as this in Blackburn (though we are happy to be proven wrong). 

Blackburn serve a great cup of coffee; milk is steamed well, and the baristas are knowledgeable about the beans, which are rotated regularly.

The interior is what you'd expect from a specialty coffeeshop, there's retro-looking seating and even a surfboard on the wall. Behind the bar there was a Wilfa Brewer and Svart Grinder so expect some nice filter coffee, too.
