Caravan (Kings Cross)

Caravan has stepped things up in a massive way with their new space in the amazing Granary Building north of Kings Cross station. It's difficult to describe this place without using a string of superlatives, so let's just call it awesome. 

There is a generous amount of space dedicated to coffee, including a brew bar featuring three filters daily, an open training space and a train engine-sized Probat roaster. Familiar faces are behind the coffee bar looking to take Caravan's coffee to the top of the market. And that's very good news for London.
