Coffee on The Crescent
2 The Crescent, Leeds LS6 2NW, UK
Editor's Review
Coffee on the Crescent is quickly developing into one of the most popular coffee spots in the Hyde Park corner area of Leeds city centre, despite being a fairly new kid on the local coffee scene.
The café opened is doors in early 2017, as the brainchild of local man Tim Linley, and it presents as a Scandi-inspired café, with a laid back and community atmosphere, in famous surroundings. Its location means that it plays host to a wide clientele, with students, local artists and musicians mixing with tourists enjoying a nose around the area.
As well as excellent coffee and a locally sourced and inspired food menu, the main design talking point of Coffee on the Crescent, is their careful restoration of the magnificent and original floor-to-ceiling front windows, that allows the cafe to be flooded with light on sunny days.
