Collage Coffee is tile-tastic, to say the least. You'll understand once you approach this tiny café outpost, a buzzing colorful box that's jam-packed with good coffee, savory toasts, and a jungle of houseplants crammed onto the shelves. If you can squeeze your way inside this tiny space, take a huge breath in and smell the goods wafting from the even tinier kitchen nestled behind the bar, which serves up some health-forward snacks and their signature Collage Waffle on a stick—a house creation that's worth drooling over.

Expect to find your usual set of espresso and drip beverages here made with Ruby Coffee Roaster's beans from Wisconsin, along with a house limeade and a sweet seasonal beverage. The tea menu is surprisingly expansive, curated by Provincetown tea purveyors The Captain's Daughter, and the pastries are from an array of local providers.

Seize the SoCal weather and hang out on their side patio (another small space of course), but most of all have fun at this miniature, funky splash of color and coffee, a tasteful "collage" of sorts. Note that this little café also has short hours—its 7am - 3:00pm nature focuses on a morning clientele.
