Companion Coffee was started in 2013 by two baristas with a simple rule: good customer service (complimentary water and a smile) and good coffee - sometimes even some homemade punk cakes. The duo worked in several coffee bars in Australia, Canada, and Berlin before starting their own, and had the opportunity to take away plenty of experience before starting their own venture, which has expanded from the original coffee bar on Oranienstrasse inside VOO Store to a coffee + tea bar on Weserstrasse in Neukölln. 

Amongst the vintage shops, co-working spaces, and bars, Companion Coffee and Tea has found a beautiful new space, with a truly original interior. The tea-menu is exclusive and well curated with white, green, oolong, and black as options - the coffee offering rotates between different speciality roasters around Europe, and is great. If you re-visit the same place you definitely won’t get bored. 

Brunch and Lunch plans are underway, until then you can munch on some of the most delicious Banana Bread the city has to offer.
