Great promoter of the local culture of coffee from Northern Thailand, the baristas know all about their beans and will brew you a great filter coffee, black only!

From light, medium to medium plus roast, the beans from their weekly selection comes mainly from the Chiang Mai province and other areas of different altitudes. 

This concept of only focusing on freshly brewed filter without any coffee machine comes from the idea that you can really taste the pure coffee essence and explore the different nuances through a simple filter. 

Craft Coffee’s mission is also that of collaborating with the local farm owners so that they will get a bit of exposure and vice versa, carefully mentioning name and origin and any awards won. 

Although the menu is very small compared to a “regular” coffee shop, a cold brew and iced coffee options are available to refresh you from the market’s rush. The beans used for their cold brew change weekly as well as the ones used for their filter. 

In terms of guest roasts, they have different ones fairly often thanks to the good relationship they managed to achieve. Guests from Malaysia, Taiwan and Europe are amongst some. 

Considered the very small area of the stall, coffee making tools such as grinders, droppers, thermometers,.. as well as beans are available for purchase.
