Joining the rapidly developing heart of Downtown Brooklyn is Devoción's second outlet in the United States—a welcome, plant-filled oasis where Colombian coffee is the star of the show. This striking café is a smaller version of its splashy Williamsburg sibling, but keeps the tropical relaxation theme rolling with a central planter full of leafy flora and an elevated lounge area furnished with cozy leather chairs.

This second Brooklyn outpost extends the Bogota-based chain's reach further, purveying the company's signature hyper-fresh coffee (FedExed from Colombia, and roasted at the Williamsburg location) and backs up a somewhat pared-down drinks menu with guava croissants, vegan treat bars, and savory scones.

Whether you're refueling here before stopping at your brand new condo or fancy hotel, or on the way to get a watch battery, or make an appearance in court, this café brings a quality coffee experience and moment of peace in a once unlikely location.
