Dose Dealer Café was inspired by a trip to London in 2012, now they're bringing specialty coffee to Paris. It's a great spot, tucked underneath a kind of overcovered walkway.

There's a lot of equipment behind the bar, including a Puq Press to perfect their tamping. It should be clarified, though, it's not a case of all the gear and no idea. They make their coffee well and the baristas are more than happy to talk to you about the coffee on offer. 

From looking round the space, it's clear that Dose attracts older locals as well as the younger crowd. It's no surprise, though, it's some of the best coffee in this part of Paris.
