The East57 café is part of a selection of eateries and foodie spaces within a hotel. The café area is in a very open section of the space and it's full of light and lots of seating.

The first thing you notice when choosing your coffee is the large selection on offer; pretty much every kind of coffee that you could wish for (flat whites, cappuccinos, AeroPress, chemex...you name it and they probably make it). The beans used are of excellent quality - the Hartmann Estate Geisha was on at the time of visiting. 

What makes having coffee at East57 such an enjoyable experience is that the staff are super happy, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to talk about coffee - if you want to.
