Timeout Guide: Sydney’s Best Café 2018. We could leave it there but this café, down a quaint laneway, just a few minutes walk from Darling Harbour deserves a lot more attention. The menu is sublime, the design and layout elegant, food and coffee sensational. It’s a Japanese Nordic fusion, elemental with an ode to countryside Japan for the foundations. 

Coffee here, roasted at CRS is some of the lightest in Sydney allowing for full flavour potential without being under developed. There’s always an expansive range on offer and everything is on single origin meaning no blends with fillers. 

The original site now closed but they’ve brought with them the same concept of accessible fine dining for all the customers who venture through. Words won’t do justice once viewed.
