Unlike most cafes in the city, it is hard to miss Elephant Grounds as the branch in Admiralty is huge, especially considering that floorspace is extremely scarce and expensive in Hong Kong. It is located in the Starstreet Precinct which is home to lifestyle shops, galleries, and hip and trendy restaurants. The surrounding areas – including Three Pacific Place as well as Moon Street and Sun Street – was home to Hong Kong Electric's first power plant.

Established in 2013, Elephant Grounds pride themselves for upholding the spirit of “Made in Hong Kong” throughout their brand. This energy, drive and determination to succeed is evident in the top-notch quality of their coffee. From sourcing, roasting, to preparing a cup of coffee, every effort has been taken to meticulously draw out the natural characteristics of the coffees. The Baristas are certainly commited to serving a perfect cup with a smile. Make sure you save some room for their desserts too, especially their innovative ice cream sandwiches.
