Elm Coffee’s first location opened right off 2nd avenue and brought specialty coffee to the Pioneer Square neighborhood in late 2014. Elm’s roast profile is on the lighter side for Seattle roasters and you will usually find a dialed in single origin espresso, their flagship 9 Swans Seasonal Blend, and a fresh batch brew ready. 

The menu is split into two distinct sides with a typical coffee menu on the left and a few coffee combinations on the right for those looking to taste a variety. A few highlights would include the One of Each (Espresso + Brewed Coffee), One of Everything (Espresso + Brewed Coffee + Macchiato), an Espresso Tonic, and their own housemade hazelnut milk.
