Episode One is an ideal spot for a little solitude and caffeine close to Leeds city centre, and a short walk from popular tourist locations including Leeds Beckett University, Leeds City Museum, and Leeds Art Gallery. The café's interior is small in size, and its decor and design is minimalistic in every sense, with stripped back wooden tables and bright artwork adorning its walls. 

The message from the café is that they want to create a community vibe for locals, students and tourists alike, within impressive University district of Leeds. As part of this mission, they host regular coffee workshops for those already enamoured with Episode One, to learn the tricks of the coffee trade, so they can brew coffee at home, practice their barista technique and learn about the excellent locally sourced produce.

Coffee is a serious business with the charming staff at Episode One, who take real pride in their brewing and knowledge of the constantly changing coffee menu.
