This Gregorys shop takes advantage of its deep, roomy space to expand upon the chain’s design aesthetic a bit: modern and mellow, the welcoming interior is a blend of woodwork, plants, and cool lighting. Unlike some other Midtown coffee shops, you might actually want to hang out here for a while. The single-origin coffees made on AeroPress are always recommended, but of course you have plenty of selections among the house-roasted espresso and brewed-coffee drinks, plus an eye-watering range of sweet pastries (all made in-house), and of course, WiFi.
