After a stint in the downstairs dining concourse, Irving Farm relocated in 2018 to the coffee space in the Graybar Passage formerly occupied by Joe Coffee. This growing New York and Hudson Valley chain continues to serve their reliable offerings along with baked goods (including many gluten-free options), bagels, small sandwiches, and oatmeal.

Boxed coffee for the office set is also available at this midtown hotspot, along with a small selection of beans and brew gear. No seating.
