There so many great stalls in the historic Queen Victoria market and the list of 'must-sees' is lengthy – one of those on the list is Market Lane on Therry St, adjacent to the organic fruit and veg section. The white painted exposed brick, minimal design and double front windows are very welcoming along with incredibly friendly staff which is a Market Ln staple. Market Ln coffee is consistently great with filters continuously being delicious, offering a varied selection to highlight different flavour profiles.

The store itself is set up for a quick stop with minimal seats but also has a focus on retail and a customer workshop where the bar is set up so that on either side of the machine there are barista, either on the machine of making filter via the v60 and giving some samples for people to try.

It’s the perfect place to stop for a brew and more energy at any time while you explore the many offerings the famous heritage listed Queen Vic Market has. (Be sure to check out the night markets both winter and summer if in town during those times).
