Down by the water on West India Quay, Mouse Tail’s coffee cart keeps the local workers buzzing.

Mouse Tail is named after the fine stream of espresso that dribbles from a perfect extraction. They use a house blend which roasetd by Mission Coffee Works.

Mouse Tail have a few seats available and a delightfully simple coffee menu that aims to educate customers and enhance their experience. In their locations, Mouse Tail are pioneers and their mission statement says it all: 'Our mission is to change the perception of really good coffee for at least one person per day. The rest are regulars.'
