Chelsea Market is one of Manhattan’s hippest shopping-and-eating meccas, and thus, a perpetual mass of activity. Roughly midway between its Ninth and Tenth Avenue entrances you’ll find Ninth Street Espresso’s take-away bar, anchoring the whole complex with the East Village-born chain's standard high-quality roasts and impeccably simplified menu (hot coffee, cold coffee, and espresso drinks with water or milk).

Given the high volume of customers you won’t find much in the way of extras – but then, you’re in Chelsea Market, and loads of goodies are close at hand (as are the busy bathrooms, just a minute’s walk away).
